Our new natural fibres division specialises in using the highest quality fibres to help create the perfect mattress.

Using premium lambswool as a standard base, we have created several blended options to suit a variety of price points.

Combining fibres together in the blending process allows the manufacturer a choice of preferred layer. Each fibre hosts its own benefits.

We have combined these fibres to enable you to manufacture your mattress.

British Sheep and Lambs wool

A natural fire retardant fibre with temperature regulating qualities. Naturally hypo-allergenic and resistant to dust mites.

Cashmere

A luxurious fibre obtained from the kashmir goat. Fine in texture, strong, lightweight and super soft with excellent insulation qualities.

Mohair

Made from the hair of the angora goat. It hosts excellent insulation, whilst remaining cool in summer due to its moisture wicking properties. It is durable, naturally elastic and flame retardant. It is considered to be a luxury fibre.

Horse Hair

An anti absorbant fibre. On average an adult perspires an amount equal to several glasses of water per night. A mattress containing horsehair will wick the moisture away, whilst a mattress containing foam will absorb the perspiration like a sponge.

Silk

A natural filament fibre produced by the silk worm. It is one of natures strongest fibres. Associated with wealth and success, this luxurious fibre is also temperature regulating.

Cotton

Cotton will wick moisture away from the body during sleep and is ideally used near the surface of the mattress to dispense excess moisture.
